Training Swimwear

There is a wide variety of innovative gear that contributes to making swimming a fun and safe experience. Certain therapy wet suits are especially designed for autistic children, to keep them safe while they enjoy the water and the sunlight. "Trainer" swim suits, often tank tops with heavy duty inflatable inner tubes, are designed for small children just learning to swim. Such trainers promote self-confidence in the water and provide a very high degree of safety. Also, pool spring mats can be used to provide safety and support for water therapy rehabilitation or water aerobics. Water sports helmets are advisable for children who engage in water sports, such as tubing, water skiing, and wake boarding.
